  currently eating a soggy burger with mayo. i asked for no mayo as it said on the ticket. and what do you know?? has mayo. too tired to drive back and ask for the burger i asked for. not bringing my business back. no matter what braums i go to they always put mayo. sad you cant trust a place that makes food, to make your order correct. minus the mayo great burger.

  Go there regularly to buy vanilla yogurt. Was told that store does not carry it anymore. It's still on their menu. I think managers better monitor their employees better. They are lazy and don't keep the yogurt stocked. I am lactose intolerant, so yogurt is the only thing I can eat from the ice cream section. Either stock it or take it off your menu. I am handicapped and use a walker. Upsets me very much I go to all that trouble to only be lied to.

  Shame! Shame! Shame! Not only does this store take forever to help their customers but they also hand out in correct orders that are under temperature, to add insult to injury. Speaking of INSULT and INJURY! This store is notorious for having a socially and morally inept staff that has a tendency to be rude and offensive to all persons who enter. I used to think they were racist but now know they are much more. They are bigots, racists, homophobic, ageist and sexists to boot. Have heard numerous "Bad Trips" to braum's stories but this location seems to take the Ice Cream when it comes to what not to do when trying to run a corporation. Looks like a change in family friendly eateries are in order...

  One of the better locations to grab food from. They are typically fast on service and not to lengthy of a line.
