  I come to this place frequently because it's so close to campus. This is by far the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to, though. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never had one experience go right. Something is always broken, service is slow, or they're out of something, or on lucky days, all of the above. I've started driving ten minutes out of the way just to go to a decent McDonalds, but I made the mistake of giving them a chance again today, only to find they have gotten no better.

  I come through every week and get the same thing. Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with WHITE cheddar cheese. Order takes can never get it right. From being overcharged to ADD cheese instead of just subbing it out, to not ringing it up altogether. Then today, the girl passing the food out apologized to me about the wait after I had clearly seen her on her cell phone. I don't know why I keep coming to this store.
